Build Services Around Your Product

Extend your product into a broader service

A device, diagnostic, therapeutic, sensor, application, algorithm, test, or other health technology can become the foundation for services that extend the customer relationship beyond the product itself. Programs may add consultations, onboarding, monitoring, coaching, messaging, reports, subscriptions, fulfillment, support, AI-assisted services, or other capabilities that increase the scope and continuing value of the offering.

Provide the infrastructure around the product

Each added service introduces operational requirements. Consultations require scheduling and workflows. Monitoring may require data handling, alerts, and human review. Subscriptions introduce payment processes. Communications require triggers and permissions. External providers and services require integration and coordination.

Stratoum provides a common operational foundation for these capabilities. The differentiated product can remain at the center of the offering while applications, services, workflows, communications, users, and operational processes are coordinated around it.

Incorporate mature external capabilities

Programs do not need to develop every surrounding service internally. Existing telehealth, scheduling, communications, payment, laboratory, pharmacy, AI, and other specialized services can be integrated where appropriate.

Stratoum coordinates how those independently selected capabilities participate through workflows, governance, automation, operational state, administration, and integrations. This allows the service offering to evolve without requiring every function to become part of a single custom platform.

Engineer product-specific requirements

Connected products and specialized technologies often require technical work that cannot be supplied through general operational infrastructure. Stratoum engineering services can develop firmware, middleware, device-cloud interfaces, APIs, applications, data services, integrations, AI capabilities, and other technology required for the implementation.

Engineering effort can therefore remain concentrated on the product and the technical requirements specific to the service.

Build recurring value on reusable infrastructure

Expanding from a product into a service can create additional revenue streams and longer customer relationships. The underlying economics improve when each new service can use common infrastructure rather than requiring another standalone application or operating environment.

Stratoum provides that reusable foundation, allowing the service portfolio to expand while preserving the product as the differentiated technology at the center of the program.
