A digital health program requires more than the product, service, or clinical model customers ultimately experience. Going live may require websites and applications, user management, onboarding, workflows, communications, scheduling, payments, integrations, permissions, administration, monitoring, and other operational capabilities. Building this foundation internally can require substantial technical capacity before the program begins serving customers.

Start with operational infrastructure already in place

Stratoum provides pre-built operational software infrastructure for launching digital health programs. Programs can configure the capabilities they need, connect specialized applications and services, establish workflows and governance, and coordinate the customer and administrative experiences required for operation.

This provides a technical foundation from the beginning without requiring a program to first design and develop the underlying operational architecture. The same foundation can continue supporting the program as services, users, integrations, and operating requirements expand.

Use existing capabilities where appropriate

Launching with Stratoum does not require every capability to come from Stratoum. Commercial scheduling, communications, payments, telehealth, AI services, clinical systems, and other mature technologies can participate within the program. Existing applications and technology can also be retained when they continue to provide value.

Stratoum coordinates these capabilities through shared workflows, operational state, governance, configuration, administration, and integrations, allowing the program to select technology according to its requirements.

Add engineering where needed

Some programs require specialized applications, integrations, connected devices, APIs, AI capabilities, backend services, or other custom technology. Stratoum engineering services can address those requirements as part of the implementation.

This allows custom engineering to be concentrated on differentiated and program-specific requirements while common operational infrastructure is provided and maintained through Stratoum.

Improve launch economics

Building an operational platform internally creates costs beyond initial development. Architecture, testing, security, maintenance, infrastructure, upgrades, and ongoing technical staffing become continuing responsibilities.

Stratoum shifts more of those common requirements into maintained subscription infrastructure, with additional engineering scoped separately when needed. Programs can allocate more of their initial capital and technical effort to the offering, customer acquisition, service delivery, and differentiated technology while establishing the operational foundation required to go live.
